WorshipOS is a worship planning and team coordination tool for churches ("you" or "your church"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
WorshipOS is a data processor, not a controller. Your church is the data controller for all information entered by your team — people, plans, songs, and care notes. We process that data only to provide the service. You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting support.
WorshipOS is for worship ministry use. You agree not to use it to store financial records, solicit commercial services, or violate any applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance windows in advance. WorshipOS is provided as-is during the pilot period.
Either party may terminate at any time. If you terminate, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice.
To the extent permitted by law, WorshipOS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. We will notify account holders by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
