WorshipOS provides worship planning software for churches. In GDPR terms, we act as a data processor — your church is the data controller for information you enter about your congregation.
We collect only what is needed to run the service:
We do not collect financial data, giving records, or information about minors beyond what a church administrator explicitly enters for check-in safety purposes.
We use your data only to provide, maintain, and improve WorshipOS. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.
We use the following services to operate WorshipOS:
EU churches that require a Data Processing Agreement may request one by emailing support@worship-os.com.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When an account is closed, data is deleted within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support.
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@worship-os.com to exercise these rights. We do not sell personal information and will never do so.
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. Since we do not sell data, there is nothing to opt out of — but you may still submit a request to confirm this via email.
We use essential cookies for authentication only. See our Cookie Policy for details.
